Often, you will see or hear of a ministry to help fight poverty and hunger, and they will be commended for keeping their administrative costs low, even below 10% of total costs.  Still, when you give to hunger relief, you want all of your money going to hunger relief, not to staff salaries.  Have you ever wished there were a ministry which would give 100% toward hunger relief and 0% toward salaries, advertising, and administration?
