Kerusso says quality coffee. We are almost obsessive about freshness. We begin with quality green bean varietals from around the globe. We scientifically (and artistically) roast the beans to peak quality attributes, bringing out the unique tones of each varietal. Then, we seal the beans in our specially formulated foil packaging to ensure freshness. |

Our packaging is specially designed to maintain the quality and the freshness of the roasted beans. The thick foil packaging keeps sunlight out and freshness in. The best way to store roasted beans is to keep them in our bags. Our foil bags come with re-sealable tape so you can lock out sunlight and maintain freshness for weeks. The package also comes equipped with a de-gassing valve to get rid of harmful gases which promote staleness. We are adamantly opposed to stale coffee. We hate it. We love fresh coffee. At Kerusso, we are constantly rotating our inventories and keeping our quality coffee fresh. We roast to order for maximum freshness. We focus on whole bean coffee because it is the only way to maintain fresh quality. Ground coffee gets stale after only 3 days or so. Stale is bad. Fresh is good. Kerusso is fresh. Kerusso is good. |
