The Diego Chavarria is a direct relationship coffee coming to the U.S. from Diego Chavarria's farm in Nicaragua.  This coffee is intensely aromatic full of a creamy, nutty flavor.  It offers a medium body and acidity for a very smooth feel and finish, though you might notice a surprisingly cool finish.  We roast this bean a little lighter than some of our others, and you will know why after tasting it.
